become Behavior Technicians (BTs) on our team. No experience? No
problem! If you bring the heart, we'll provide the training (Yes -
PAID training!) to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT). What You'll Be Doing (AKA: Changing Lives While Having Fun!)
As a BT, you'll spend your days playing with purpose - guiding and
supporting children on the autism spectrum through one-on-one,
personalized sessions. Whether you're teaching communication,
helping build independence, or simply celebrating a new milestone,
your work will help shape a brighter future for our amazing kiddos.
Expect to: Turn playtime into progress with evidence-based tools
like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Track skill development and
help celebrate every victory (big or small!) Work 1:1 with children
to help them thrive socially, emotionally, and behaviorally Why
You'll LOVE Working Here: Competitive Pay : Starting at $16.00 -
$18.00/hour if you're new Already an RBT? Start at $16.25 , with
growth opportunities up to $22.00/hour $1,000 sign-on bonus Career

Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's in
psych, education, or related field is a plus!) Experience with
special needs kiddos is a bonus - but not required! Must be 18 and
