Job Overview: The Sales Support Representative provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. This job is located in Warroad, MN. • Knowledgeable in processing of "on behalf of" orders, quotes
• Knowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers/distributors with entry methods and special pricing.
• Understands the customer service process, warranties and processing of field service orders.
• Knowledgeable of order the order flow process: from customer through manufacturing to shipping
• Ability to manage all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to the customer. Compensation: $20.15 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, demonstrating a reliable work ethic
  • Very organized and able to multi-task Also want to make sure you have:
    • Proven work experience
    • Ability to learn all aspects of Marvin products and services.
    • Available to work 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
