The Staff Pad has partnered with MNRC in Burnsville, MN, to find
dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to join their team. At MNRC,

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Lead Generation:Identify and engage potential residential
clients through strategic canvassing and direct outreach. Secure
property inspections by building rapport and effectively
communicating MNRC's value.
- Pipeline Management:Cultivate and maintain relationships with
clients, tracking leads and progressing through all sales stages
from initial contact to closing deals.
- Achieving Sales Goals:Meet and exceed sales targets by
identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and
successfully closing sales.
Client Relationship Management:
- Building Trust:Establish credibility and become a trusted
advisor for clients seeking storm damage restoration
solutions.
- Ongoing Support:Serve as the primary point of contact
throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless client
experience.
- Post-Sale Engagement:Address any post-sale concerns and ensure
client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships and
referrals.
Product and Market Expertise:
- Service Knowledge:Stay informed about MNRC's products and
services to effectively communicate their benefits to
clients.
- Industry Awareness:Participate in ongoing training to stay
ahead of market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Cross-Departmental Coordination:Work closely with project
management and operations teams to ensure smooth project
execution.
- Feedback Sharing:Provide valuable insights from clients to help
refine MNRC's offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Contribution:Actively participate in meetings, sharing
best practices and success stories.
Reporting and Administration:
- Tracking Progress:Maintain accurate records of sales activities
and customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Documentation:Assist in drafting proposals and reviewing
contracts to align with client expectations.
Key Qualifications:
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills to
effectively present solutions.
- Relationship Building:Excellent interpersonal skills to develop
and maintain client trust.
- Self-Driven:Ability to work independently, manage time
effectively, and stay organized.
- Adaptability:Willingness to learn, adapt to changes, and
overcome challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Reliability:Dependable and committed to meeting deadlines and
responsibilities.
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent preferred; business
or sales-related degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft
Office, and sales tools.
- Physical Requirements:Ability to conduct on-site inspections,
including ladder climbing and roof assessments. Drone training may
be provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Employment Type:W2, commission-based role.
- Earnings Potential:First-year earnings range from $35,000 to
$80,000, with many exceeding $100,000 in their second
year.
- Training Bonus:$500 per week during 12-week training (up to
$6,000 total).
- Draw Program:Advances available on potential
commissions.
