Inside Sales Representative is responsible for an assigned book of
business to retain and sell additional programs as well as
prospecting. The Inside Sales Representative drives the sales
process from initiation to close while representing Lifetouch in a
professional and positive manner. The Inside Sales Representative
sells photography services to schools, achieves sales goals by
communicating with accounts, understands and addresses accounts'
needs, promotes products, shares benefits, and explains the Picture
Day process. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Builds customer
relationships and retains current book of business at a rate of 85%
or higher every year following company rebooking guidelines
Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to sell
deeper with other products and services Collaborates with the
Inside Sales Team and Supervisor in a hybrid work environmentMeets
or exceeds activity expectations (i.e. outbound calls, emails,
voicemails, etc.) via the guidelines of the Inside Sales
SupervisorUses Salesforce as our customer relationship management
(CRM) system to efficiently and accurately facilitate the sales
process from initiation to close, identify decision makers, as well
as enter and update account dataConsistently utilizes Lifetouch's
consultative selling strategy and approach to maximize sales
Demonstrates knowledge and expertise by clearly explaining features
and benefits of products and services, Lifetouch's pricing and
packaging structure, and the Picture Day process and
executionProvides account support by checking for understanding,
offering solutions and additional assistance, working efficiently,
and following upSafeguards all customer, employee, and company
information, ensuring customer and employee data is always kept
confidentialRepresents Lifetouch, Shutterfly, and the Inside Sales
team in a professional, positive manner ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as
requested or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education High School
diploma, GED or equivalent experience Post-secondary education,
preferred Experience 1 - 3 years in sales, account service/support,
prospecting, and/or sales cycle management Telephone sales with
daily goals, strongly preferred Using a customer relationship
management system/platform (e.g., Salesforce), preferred Working
with cross-functional teams Other (knowledge, skills, and
abilities) Strong computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry),
including Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel Salesforce knowledge
and experience, preferred Strong interpersonal and collaboration
skills Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening,
and presentation) Excellent customer service skills Good
organizational skills Detail oriented in the execution and
follow-up of work Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance and execute against multiple projects/priorities
