Are you passionate about environmental management and looking for a remote opportunity to make a significant impact? We have an exciting opening for a Business Consultant to support Environmental Managers with oversight of real estate portfolios.Responsibilities

• Provide technical review of third-party asbestos investigation and environmental assessment reports.
• Support Environmental Managers with ongoing remediation, monitoring, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with external developers, landlords, consultants, and regulatory agencies to achieve environmental objectives.
• Manage environmental obligations for remodel and special project programs.
• Review sites, determine environmental risks, and set up oversight.
• Assist with new store due diligence and award environmental projects to consultants.
• Organize data and files and manage inbox communications.Skills
  • Experience in environmental consulting or related field.
  • Proficiency in environmental and real estate due diligence, Phase I, Phase II assessments, and project management.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners.
  • Organizational skills for managing data and files.Preferred Skills
    • Experience with subsurface investigations and vapor intrusion.
    • Knowledge of risk management and risk assessment.
    • Experience with regulatory agency interactions.
    • Skills in contaminated site management and continuing obligations.
    • Project management experience.
