team.We currently have an opening for a D365 CRM/Power Platform
Functional Consultant.Job Description:Growth of Client Care is one
of Boyer's most strategic initiatives. As a Functional Consultant,
you will play a pivotal role in advancing this initiative by
leading key projects for our Foundation Plus clients. Your
responsibilities will include project management, facilitating
meetings, configuring solutions, delivering training, and providing
ongoing support. You will ensure that client requests are addressed
promptly and effectively, driving successful outcomes and
strengthening customer relationships.Responsibilities include:
- Conduct weekly meetings with Recurring Revenue customers to
maintain alignment and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective support to non-Recurring Revenue
customers.
- Establish and communicate clear, accurate expectations with
customers to foster trust and transparency.
- Keep internal tools, such as Teams and Planner, updated while
providing customers with regular status updates.
- Ensure time entry is completed accurately and submitted
weekly.
- Deliver training sessions to customers on new wave release
updates, ensuring they are equipped to maximize functionality.
- Develop comprehensive, detailed requirements for custom
development projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary consultant for managing and optimizing the

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications, demonstrating
proficiency and expertise in the platform.Project Management and
Leadership:
- Proven experience leading and managing multiple projects
simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and
within scope.CRM Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of CRM fundamentals, including concepts,
architecture, and workflows.Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with multiple industries, enabling the ability to
tailor solutions to diverse business needs.Client Relationship
Management:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish
and maintain strong client relationships.Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in designing, building, and optimizing workflows
using Power Automate.
- Capability to create, analyze, and troubleshoot Power BI
reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to design and develop simple, effective websites using
Power Pages.Solution Management:
- Solid understanding of Solution Management principles,
including customization, deployment, and maintenance of CRM
solutions.This combination of skills and experience will empower
the ideal candidate to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions
and drive success within our dynamic and fast-paced
environment.Salary Description:$110,000-$120,000 up to $10K in
bonus annually.
