challenges.--Primary Responsibilities:--
- Develop reports and dashboards for IVR performance and key
metrics
- Synthesize results and enhancement recommendations for
continual improvement
- Analyze the business/user requirements and translate them into
IVR requirements
- Document and implement IVR call flows
- Develop requirements and technical specifications for
enhancements and new configurations
- Identify and document new reporting needs
- Collaborate with development teams to create web service calls
and custom applications
- Attend sprint planning sessions and daily stand up
- Attend and lead requirement gathering sessions
- Design and execute comprehensive IVR test plans
- Configure and deploy CYARA for testing and monitoring
- Validate data elements are captured and recordedYou'll be

you may be interested in.--Required Qualifications:--
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and 1+ years of experience
designing and testing IVR Call Flows; or equivalent combination of
education and experience
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and SQL/Oracle
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite
- Proven ability to conceptualize, research, and evaluate new
ideas objectively from a market and financial standpointPreferred
Qualifications:--
- Proven excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to grasp technical processes quickly
- Proven solid attention to detail with good time

range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey,
New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $67,800 to
$133,100. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited
to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
