Site Coordinator

• 
  
• Operate PC, Copiers, Multifunction Devices, Imaging & Mail Equipment.
  
• Handle Courier Services, Shipping & Receiving, Delivering and Processing of Mail.
  
• Achieve profitability in cost of goods by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
  
• Maintain daily routine functions to include creating/completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting facility related issues, lending support as required.
  
• Handle interaction with contracted vendors, facility management and occupants.
  
• Responsible for office-supply inventory re-ordering.
  
• Responsible for Conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management.
  
• Collect and provide data to assigned leadership and customer.
  
• Complete monthly reports to customers with support from assigned leadership.
  
• Ensures financial responsibilities are met.

  Have high school diploma plus 1 year of shipping & receiving or related experience
  1 year of customer facing work experience required
  Ability to present to a small group
  Basic customer service & technology skills
