Aerotek is hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Production works to work with a local manufacturing company with a starting pay of $17.50 - $18.00/hr (paid weekly) This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing company and room for advancement. This is an entry-level role, but this company can pay up to $30.00 for candidates with more machine operating, line lead, or mixing/batching experience. Hours: 1st 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday OR 1st 4am - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday 2nd 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday OR 2:30pm - 1:00am Monday - Thursday 3rd 10:0pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday Job Description: This company is looking for production workers in a variety of roles. Some of these roles include, but are not limited to: Compounding - Mixing and batching products up for the machine operators Line Leads - Looking over a team of employees to ensure daily production is met General Production - Entry level. Working on their line to assembly and package products Product Transfer - Brining materials to the compounders for mixing Qualifications: - Entry level for general production works; 6+ months experience for other roles - Must be able to lift 30+ pounds - More pay available for candidates with more manufacturing, machine operating, or Line Lead experience Related Skills & Job Titles: General labor, warehouse, forklift, order picking, cherry picker, reach truck, sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack, Big Joe, power jack, RF scan gun, loading, unloading, palletizing, assembly, assembly line.
