Connecting. Growing together. OptumRx is looking for a Senior
Financial Analyst II to join our Optum Infusion Pharmacy Finance
team to support the financial reporting and analysis of our
pharmacy branch network. This role will report directly to the
Director of Finance and be an integral part in supporting pharmacy
leadership to drive financial performance. You'll enjoy the
flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you
take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Develop,
maintain and analyze monthly financial reports to clearly
communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances
to forecast, budget, and prior year Develop, perform and manage all
aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Work
closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish
strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost
efficiencies Automate and produce concise, well-formatted reports
that communicate a clear, compelling message for business leaders
Partner with the OIP FP&A team to ensure individual pharmacy
targets are aligned to overall business targets Develop and
maintain pharmacy level staffing models to drive labor efficiencies

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or
related field 3 years of financial and/or accounting experience
Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth
environment Experience working in a matrix environment, building
relationships, and partnering with business leaders Work experience
anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and
operational issues, assessing their implications and developing and
implementing an appropriate action plan Intermediate level
experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred
Qualifications: Experience with Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling (creating
graphs, pivot tables, VLOOKUP and charts) Careers with Optum. Our

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or
Washington residents is $67,800 to $133,100. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
