• Assess, interpret, and translate customer pain points and requirements into technical solutions fit for purpose
• Develop current state understanding (business and technology landscape) and create target state architecture with a focus on implementation through transition states as applicable
• Perform system impact analysis, systems design, process analysis to provide efficient, cost-effective solutions
• End-to-end solution: Problem identification, Solution Approach, Detailed solution architecture (including integration architecture, non-functional aspects of solution design e.g., scalability, performance, maintainability, security etc., data architecture e.g., conceptual ERDs, Data Flows
• Manage cross functional solution dependencies and priorities that span beyond immediate team by coordinating with Capability Owners, Technical Product Owners, Enterprise Architect & Delivery Lead, and broader enterprise teams.
• Conduct proof of concept (POC) to gain stakeholder alignment
• Ability to engage and influence both business and technology teams to drive capability blueprinting, feature mapping, planning and task estimation to support top priorities
• Contribute to technical product strategy blueprint, and evangelize strategy across business, product, delivery, and cross functional lines of enterprise architects through proposed solutions
• Bring solutions through Architecture governance to make sure that the solutions developed across UM domains are in alignment to established architectural principles across platformYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • 4+ years of Technology Architecture, Systems Integration experience
  • 4+ years of experience with systems analysis, design, hands-on development w/ cloud native technologies
  • Experience creating UML diagrams and working knowledge of modeling tools
  • Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture, BPMN (such as Camunda), Cloud native development technologies (Git, Angular/ React, REST, GRAPHQL, JSON, Kafka, Azure,PostgreSQL) & AI/ML conceptsPreferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree -
    • Product Architecture & Domain Design Thinking
    • Knowledge of EDI, HL7, FHIR, Clinical Taxonomies

The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
