The position provides support through representation of senior leadership interests in both internal and external initiatives, and in some cases is an active team member on Quality strategy initiatives. This position will collaborate across the organization to identify upcoming benchmarks, outline timelines and deliverables, provide data analysis, and work to resolve business roadblocks as identified. Accountable for supporting the implementation of new processes. Coordinates with project managers, program managers, training teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all goals and objectives are met. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify specific business requirements
  • Supports the development of Quality programs and initiatives through analyzing, monitoring, and reporting. Serves as a data and program expert for the department
  • Performs data analysis, gathering, and integrating large volumes of data to perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actional insights and recommendations. Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis
  • Develops process flows and standard operating procedures
  • Creates and utilizes tracking and organizational schematics to ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines
  • Schedules and tracks internal and external meetings, documenting meeting minutes and tracking follow-up/action items
  • Develops and documents complex business analysis and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years of decision support, data analysis, business analysis, or healthcare operations experience
    • 1+ years of project or program management support
    • Intermediate level proficiency in Excel
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Program (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, and Access)
    • Possession of solid analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data Preferred Qualifications:
      • PMP or CAPM certification
      • Health plan, healthcare or clinic operations experience
      • Experience working in Medicare or Stars Improvement
      • Experience working remotely
      • Experience working with HEDIS -
      • Excellent written and oral skills
      • Problem solving capabilities resulting in significant business impact and customer satisfaction
      • Detail-oriented and ability to identify potential risk or problems and find resolution
      • Ability to manage group relationships with diverse geographic locations, skills and level of understanding of company processes and policy

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
