How You'll Help us Connect The World Provide hands-on technical support to clients for the acquisition, usage, and installation of desktop and portable workstations, peripherals, mobile devices as well as company operating systems and software. Track client service requests in the help ticket tracking system and follow up with clients for effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Coordinate referrals for more sophisticated issues to the next support tier and/or external resources. Support the installation, troubleshooting, and usage of wired and wireless networks per CommScope standards. This includes identifying user requirements, supervising LAN performance, and performing network security management. Support the installation, troubleshooting, and usage of communication systems. Typical communication systems include video and voice conferencing and mobile phone service support. Collaborate with team(s) on projects supporting IT initiatives and/or implementations. Provides IT Technical support to users at multiple sites such as business offices, engineering labs, manufacturing and distribution warehouses. Ability to walk, climb (stairs/ladders), sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Travel required within assigned region. Potential for travel outside the assigned region.
