Production Operator

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME

$16/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus, see details below

Duties include:
Effectively communicate with teammates as it is related to the optimal running of our production lines.
This position requires individuals to work on a production line with a variety of duties including, but not limited to: Putting bottles on a line, putting caps on bottles, boxing product, taping boxes, etc.
Utilizing line stop mentality when it comes to equipment, quality or safety issues.
Demonstrating competency in change over activities to make sure they occur in the minimum time with 100% readiness.
Reporting maintenance issues immediately
Demonstrating a working knowledge of APEX s quality system as it relates to production.
Identifying, reporting, and assisting in resolving quality issues.
Demonstrating competency in cleaning and sanitizing procedures
Have a lean focused mind set and always look for ways to improve our processes
Maintaining a culture around safety by identifying issues on the floor. MSP-03 WS-03
Schedule

Shift start: 4:00AM or 2:30PM
Shift length: 10 hours
Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays

Qualifications

* Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
* Must pass background check
* Can lift 20 lbs
* Must be at least 18+ years old

$1000 new hire incentive

You will be eligible for a payment of $1,000 less applicable withholdings as a retention bonus. Bonus will be paid out in two installments $500 at 90 days and $500 at 6 months of employment. About Apex International
