TITLE: Business Analyst -ERP, Process

Location: Minneapolis, MN ( Southwest Metro HQ )

Open to Remote or hybrid

Direct Hire: $80,000-100,000/year + profit sharing/stock options (DOQ)

Looking for an IT Business Analyst with ERP experience to join a growing team within an established, profitable, mid-sized organization! You will focus on business process and strategy work within IT working closely with the Operations team as well. This is a smaller team so looking for a self- starter with attention to detail who is interested in making an impact. You will write requirements, focus on business process improvement, and make recommendations for future integrations. Any project management/ prioritization experience is helpful.

Required skills:

Experience leading system and process gap analysis Experience with business processes mapping and writing/gathering requirements Previous software and ERP experience

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Salesforce and ServiceNow is ideal ( open to comparable CRM , ITSM systems ) Understanding of Job costing is nice to have
