You'll build Microsoft Access queries, analyze data, and maintain Share Point and other platforms that house department data and information. You will work with different internal applications and databases to integrate data in new and creative ways.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Microsoft Access database support and maintenance
  • Work with database developers to enhance and improve various department Microsoft Access applications and associated processes
  • Design, customize and build Microsoft Access queries, tables, templates, page layouts and reports
  • Analyze, review, forecast, trend and present data and information for operational and business planning
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; develop supporting materials such as standard operating procedures, flowcharts, models, specifications, and reports
  • Evaluate effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
  • Act as liaison amongst team members to foster collaboration and consensus, providing recommendations for improving system capabilities and performance to enhance value for the department
  • Perform project management duties
  • Support/manage mail merges and other core processes
  • Support development and maintenance of Web applications including SharePoint Online / PowerApps (Surveys), Ignite, Gemini, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments on cross functional procedures
  • Integrate and synthesize information in unique ways to provide new perspectives

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • 3+ years of business analyst experience
      • 3+ years of experience providing Microsoft Access and SharePoint support
      • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
      • 3+ years of experience with Smart SheetPreferred Qualifications:
        • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
