Summary:The Workforce Planning Analyst's primary responsibility
will be to perform the Administration, build, and troubleshooting
for Anaplan models within Optum WFP+M, including bugs and
enhancements, both in the backend and on the front end (UX). The
Workforce Planning Analyst support 3+ different Anaplan models and
use cases. -You will be responsible for understanding the
differences and similarities between model and assist our
cross-functional teams to achieve their business goals via post-go
live support. This role will get the chance to work with many
different teams and use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong
technical background, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail,
and the ability to continually take on new responsibilities.You'll
enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S.
as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations
including activities around field-to-field data mapping, conversion
validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance
testing, and system integration testing
- Demonstrate ownership to drive consensus in line with best
practices and guidance from internal stakeholders
- Participate in data integration, migration and validation on
live models
- Deliver end-user trainings and knowledge transfer sessions to
internal stakeholders
- Work in a collaborative way with other team members and other
stakeholders to deliver high touch customer service
- Communicate well written and orally at all levels-managerial,
technical, and user
- Understand priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key
milestones
- This position will be full time telecommute but with travel
occasionally possible.

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Economics,
Information Management, or Engineering or related field or 2+ years
with equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Anaplan work experiencePreferred Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of Workforce Planning and Management experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
- Prior experience in implementing or working with Performance
Management Solutions using Anaplan or similar technologies
- Prior relevant experience in Sales Planning, Revenue
Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Enterprise Portfolio
management.
- Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and
business processes
- Familiarity with workforce planning,
financial/multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, or business
intelligence concepts
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective, oral, written, and interpersonal communication
skill
- Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn a new technology
- Great organizational and time management skill
- Prior experience in a project team environment using structured
methodologies for gathering business requirements, business
processes, data conversions, and designing system interfacesTo

$26.15 -to $46.63. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $28.85 -to $51.30. Pay is based on several factors
