It's an opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm)The Operations Analyst will support technical and analysis needs of VA CCN program leadership. - Reporting to the Director of Contract Operations and Oversight, this role is critical to creating and maintaining alignment of all workstreams as they serve Veterans and the Department of Veterans Affairs. - Duties revolve around providing data processing, process documentation, and analysis capability primarily in support of operational workstreams and support change proposals within the Change Control process framework. -You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challengesPrimary Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Process documentation, event trees, and work flows
• Maintain resource deployment documentation (staff skill sets and assignments)
• Support continuous improvement projects
  • Documenting business requirements
  • Writing User Acceptance Test scripts
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing
  • Validate implemented changes integrate with existing process
  • Create metric and status slides for internal and client-facing calls
  • Create operational reports using large data sets
  • Support change control by ensuring change control submissions are updated in Smartsheet and coordinate activities, as needed

    • Associate's Degree in Business, Health Information Technology, or related field
    • 1+ year of Business Analyst related work experience and/or combined military experience
    • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer skills

      • DHA/ VA/ Government contract experience
      • Military and/or VA experience
      • Experience in the health care industry
      • Knowledge of Agile techniques
      • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
      • Ability to problem solve and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment
      • Experience managing, editing, and creating technical process documents
      • Experience in data management, analysis, and problem solving
      • Ability to travel when needed (variable, but up to 25%) Soft Skills:
