Job Description:

Projects the candidate will be working on: The position will provide support and maintenance to the production PCS (Pharmacy Control System), including servers and workstations, as well as assisting with troubleshooting line issues and working with third-party vendors. Ideal Background: Experience in supporting a production line would be a plus. Experience: Experience with triaging issues with servers and workstations. Able to apply patches and install software. Self-motivated and pro-active. The more experience, the better. Team and Team size: Part of a team Dispensing IT Support, 7 resources supporting 16 sites Top Responsibilities: User applications and system configuration Hardware setup Troubleshooting issues Reporting Working with the technical services support staff Serving as a key point of contact . Software tools/skills: 2+ years' experience with Windows systems, including Wintel and Windows Server 2+ years' experience with PC troubleshooting Network knowledge Skills/attributes: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years' experience of systems administration experience 2+ years' experience with Windows systems, including workstation and server 2+ years' experience with PC hardware and peripheral troubleshooting Network knowledge Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree Helpdesk experience Project leadership experience Experience writing SQL Disaster Recovery experience Altiris experience
