• Analyze digital data and create compelling insights to assist and support decision-making capabilities -
• Detect and address data issues, member experience issues and solve data quality problems -
• Identify actionable insights and reporting from best-in-class tools (Adobe Analytics, DOMO visualization) -
• Collaborate with cross-functional capability and product teams to support and deliver product experience optimization -
• Work with business partners and stakeholders across OptumRx to define and understand business needs for digital analytics focused on growth/efficiency/customer experience -
• Understand, quantify, and communicate the strategic and operational implications of digital analytics results -
• Enable digital analytics partners to investigate, research, and analyze customer journey data -
• Manage internal engagements, meeting project and deliverable timelines, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of deliverables -You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree -
  • 2+ years of working directly with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar web-based tools -
  • 1+ years of experience with BI visualization platforms (DOMO/Tableau) -
  • 1+ years of experience developing and deploying analytics solutions in an operational domain -
  • 1+ years of data storytelling experience -Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with digital data in a healthcare setting -
    • General curiosity about data - both digital and non-digital -
    • Experience working with data warehouses & big data platforms -
    • Solid project management experience -
    • Desire and ability to thrive in a Global, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines -
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment -
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem solve -

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
