PACE Loan Group (PLG) is a leading direct lender in this space. We are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our team for the summer. As a small company, interns make an immediate impact. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist, this role will support the Marketing team by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and engagement across PACE Loan Group’s social media platforms. This position is ideal for a motivated student seeking hands-on experience in marketing communications and digital media within a professional B2B environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Support the Marketing team in executing tactics that drive business and build brand awareness • Assist with creating content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter) • Draft captions and short form copy aligned with brand voice and messaging • Schedule posts using social media management tools • Monitor social channels and assist with audience engagement • Support basic graphic design and short-form video creation using tools such as Canva • Track engagement metrics, competitor content, and assist with basic performance reporting • Provide general support for marketing initiatives and special projects • Update website content, including blogs and state-specific pages Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with major social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn • Basic experience with content creation or design tools preferred (Adobe Suite or similar software is a bonus) • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience with an in-house marketing team • Exposure to social media and marketing strategy within commercial real estate and financial services • Experience creating professional, portfolio-ready content • Mentorship and ongoing feedback from experienced professionals We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome differences among our employees, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or Veteran status.
