Horizon is looking for a motivated individual to work year-round in a fast-paced

physical work environment. Employees should have the ability to take on a project

complete it with pride in workmanship and communicate effectively with office

customers and contractors. Communication is key in this industry and includes listening

speaking and writing. Working on the top of the world most days is priceless however you must be able to get there. Climbing ladders and working at heights is an absolute must. Employees must have the ability to perform assigned tasks daily with a strong attention to detail.

For our entry-level positions

knowledge of roofing systems and/or prior construction experience is preferred

but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of Safety/OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to get to and from job sites and/or the shop is required.
• Must be able to climb a ladder; position requires lifting of 50lbs or more.
• Must be reliable and enjoy working outdoors in a variety of climates and NOT have a fear of heights.
  Transportation: This position is located in our Waite Park office however
  
  job site location will vary throughout the Twin Cities and state of Minnesota. This position may require some out of town work. All employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the job site and/or shop.
  
  Pre-Employment Screening: Physical
  
  Drug Screening and Background check required.
