This position is a hybrid role and requires in-office work at least three days a week at our Minnetonka, MN facility. The training period will be done 100% on-site.--

Primary Responsibilities:

• Auditing and reimbursing employee expense reports
  
• Maintaining knowledge of the Global Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policies
  
• Acting as a resource for employees with questions about expense reimbursements
  
• Reviewing and auditing receipts
  
• Answering employee questions around expenses via voicemail/email/Payment Service Request Site

    • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 5+ years of accounts payable experience
      
    • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
      
    • Currently reside within the state of Minnesota and reside within in a commutable distance of Minnetonka, MN
      Preferred Qualifications:
      
      • Experience with SAP, Concur, or similar expense reporting--software
