Job Description:

Genesis10 is seeking a MMIS Specialist for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities: Materials Management Information Systems / Execute Sourcing and Contracting Adherence Processes (Materials Information Systems):
Maintenance and management of clients existing resource management platform (Paragon).
Manage contract pricing in ERP and reporting tools
Routine updates to system item master as required (item adds/deletions/edits, PAR maintenance, location, and requisitioning system updates).
Perform needs analysis/ Ad-hoc Reporting/gather business requirements
Assist in the competitive bidding/vendor selection process
Coordination of Sourcing and Procurement communications (internal/external)
Participation in the development and governance of Sourcing and Procurement policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to applicable business standards and requirements
Drive execution of contract terms and conditions
Utilize contract management systems

Required Basic Qualifications: ERP system familiarity
Supplier relationship management
Desired Skills:
Item master maintenance
Contracting

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-70.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
