Description:
High School Tellers must meet the requirements of and be enrolled
in the Senior Intern Program at the Eden Prairie High School
location. Responsible for processing a variety of Member
transactions accurately. Develop and maintain strong Member
relationships through professional and courteous service. Maintain
knowledge of Royal Credit Union products, services, procedures and
regulations relating to the Teller function. Assist in the creation
of presentations on a variety of financial topics, under the
supervision of our staff, as well as presentations on finances and
Royal's products and services to be conducted in the high school
and community.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time, approximately 4-6 hours per week. Operating hours at the
school branch are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday over the lunch
periods. Candidates will work for 2 hours 2-3 days per week at the
school branch. Additional hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays during
the lunch periods may be required on occasion.
To be eligible for employment candidates need to be available for
up to 32 hours of paid training at the Royal's Edina Office at the
end of August, 2023.This position will start August 2023 and go
through June 2024.
Requirements:
--- Candidates must be in the Senior Intern Program for the
2023-2024 school year
--- Must have a strong sense customer service
--- Good typing and computer keyboarding skills
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
--- Ability to produce accurate and high-quality materials, data
entry, and transactions
--- Basic interviewing and listening skills
--- Communicate and live Royal Credit Union's core purpose, values
and organizational culture daily
Preferred Skills:
--- Customer service experience
--- Ten key experience
