As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the Eden Prairie, Minnesota area and is a permanent employment.Responsibilities- Perform special projects as assigned- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Complete full-cycle A/P
