Primary Responsibilities: Drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing new business opportunities, client contracts within established standards Serving as the point of contact for internal customers on contractual matters, providing redlined recommendations, and negotiating directly with our external customers in partnership with business. Reviewing and analyzing RFPs to support business growth initiatives Administer and maintaining customer contract lifecycle You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating services contracts Experience working in a contract, document, or matter management system Experience collaborating to resolve complex problems Experience communicating with a variety of leaders and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Legal operations experience Experience navigating the healthcare system Experience in contract data analysis and reporting Collaborative and creative team player Solid customer service and interpersonal communication skills and relationship builder Solid analytical skills, simplifying complex concepts and issues Ability to explain operating standards and procedures, contract language, and terminology Able to handle multiple deadlines independently Careers with Optum . California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or Washington residents is $67,800 to $133,100.
