The successful candidate will have extensive experience in PowerShell, Office 365, Azure AD, On-Premises Active Directory systems, and a deep understanding of Azure Infrastructure. The role requires an individual who is proficient in Azure Infrastructure, Infoblox, and WIFI Technologies, and can lead a project team.What You'll Do Here:Understanding of Azure and including and not limited to Azure AD, IaaS, PaaS, Virtual Machines, AVD, AFS, automation, self-service deployment via terraform etc. Experience with SolarWinds including and not limited to patching, re-engineering, also troubleshootingExperience in Jira, confluence, and GitHub cloud and on-premisesExperience maintaining, deploying, and engineering the product stacksLinux and Windows Experience preferred.Strong documentation background preferred. Office 365 collaboration and Google workspace experience. Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualizationTroubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issuesProvide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructurePerform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover proceduresWork tickets assigned to the Service Now queue, work, and assign based on the needs. Develop and maintain Azure InfrastructureManage and maintain Infoblox and WIFI TechnologiesProvide technical support to internal teamsDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automationLead and manage projects from start to completionProvide technical guidance to the team and help develop new solutionsCommunicate with stakeholders and management on project progressThe Skills You'll Bring:Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required7-10 years of database, network administration, or system administration experienceWorking knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, Azure InfrastructureStrong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocolsExperience with scripting and automation toolsStrong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocolsCandidate will also have experience leading a project with multiple IC's and coordinating with Project management and other business partners to bring a project to completion.The ideal candidate must demonstrate the capability to mentor and guide as a seasoned technology expertSupporting a diverse and inclusive workforce is important to Shutterfly not only because it directly reflects our value of Embracing our Differences, but also because it's the right thing to do for our business and for our people.
