Job Description:

As the Chief of Staff at Third Wave Systems (TWS), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the TWS leadership team, ensuring that company initiatives are carried forward effectively, and providing key business analysis. This position requires an individual who is driven, solution-oriented, critical thinking, collaborative, and takes pride in their work. Major Job Accountabilities:

• Executive special projects and initiatives, including individual and cross discipline team projects
• Provide data/business analysis to identify trends and gaps based on the needs of the business
• Work with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress toward goals
• Identify and solve key issues and opportunities with business processes
• Standardize metric and reporting for leadership team
• Identify, research, and recommend process improvements, alternative, and solutions
• Work closely with leadership team members and provide support as requested
• Create, implement, and update company policies and procedures as needed Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
