Parts Clerk's in Maple Plain, MN - $18.00/Hour Our Parts Clerk's workweek is M-F, 8am-5pm, O/T required as needed..This job is a Accounting type position that that pays $18.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity. Parts Clerk Duties and Responsibilities -- Aid in the processing of Invoices. - Aid in the processing of all daily incoming and outgoing shipments. - Process customer parts sales. - Process work orders with a high degree of accuracy. - Process parts transfers to and from van and branch locations. - Be able to create a parts purchase order, sublets and special charges as well as linking the documents together. - Run the requisition file to do batch ordering. - Place weekly and daily orders with appropriate vendors. - Offer customer service and phone support to all customers and technicians. With the goal of increasing sales. - Help customers and mechanics select and receive correct parts. Check to see if parts are in stock at branches, vans, or local vendors with highest degree of urgency to serve customers and Service Dept. Also to reduce overstocked and non- returnable items in company inventory - Back up Parts counter. - Bill invoices as well as processing the transactions via card, check or cash. - Other duties as assigned. - Would prefer parts experience-agricultural (preferred) or auto. - Good computer and data entry skills. - Common sense. - Fast paced. - Good tenure, seeking long term employees. - Must have basic math skills with good general computer knowledge including Microsoft OfficeParts Clerk Requirements and Qualifications -Physical and Lifting Requirements - Ability to lift 50 lbs.
