Job Description:

Supervisor: Director of Human Resources

Experience: 5+ years in HRIS, 2+ years supporting UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions in a technical capacity

Specific Duties

• System configuration and support of UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions)
  
• System configuration and support of UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
  
• Reporting using Cognos (UKG Pro), Dataviews (UKG Dimensions), and Standard Reports in both systems
  
• Provide requested, on-demand, and necessary reports and data timely and in a logical, well laid out format while answering questions regarding the reports
  
• Help with testing and communication of new releases from UKG for both Pro and Dimensions
  
• Elevate system synergy across the full UKG suite of products
  
• Ensure data integrity of information in the HR database via ongoing audits
  
• Work closely with a collaborative, positive team in supporting HCM/WFM systems and process design
  
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned, including overall backup for HRIS functions

  • Customer service- helpfulness, responsiveness, and genuine concern in dealing with questions and issues with internal customers and external vendors
    
  • Computer knowledge- intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro required
