REMOTE Client Delivery Lead

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an IT Program Manager to sit fully remote to support one of their largest healthcare clients. This individual will be joining the team supporting the ongoing implementations and pipelines for a large business service that began in 2021. This individual will be responsible for client implementation management, communication (internal, external, vertical), pre-sale leadership support, data familiarization and trends relevant to payers and providers. The IT Program Manger Client Delivery Lead will report to the IT Director. This position will partner with engineers, sales and account managers, directly with clients, and strategic vendors to successfully deliver the service across multiple clients. Individuals need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment for emerging healthcare products and solutions.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sale/client delivery experience
- 5+ years of IT program/product management experience
- 5+ years of IT and SDLC experience
- 3+ years of recent professional experience with external client engagement
- 3+ years of experience with new client technical and data implementations
- Experience with various management tools such as Rally, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, etc...
- Excellent communication skills and past performance interacting with high level clients
- Bachelor's Degree

Desired Skills
- High level knowledge on health care technology and data trends (payers/providers)
- Experience with pre-sale support
- Experience translating high level business requirements into practical technical architectural concepts
