This person will be taking part in the collection efforts for s AP Debit Balance, primarily related to Expense vendors. Candidates will be responsible for analyzing vendor accounts for balance transfer opportunities, calling suppliers to notify and/or collect on their debit balances, sending demand letters, and working with third party collection agencies. Position will also be responsible for taking part in preparing period end Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations. This position may begin on site, but will be primarily remote during work from home orders are in place at corporate facilities. As such, candidate will need to be within traveling distance to Lincoln, RI or Eden Prairie, MN.

A major skillset for this job would be experience working in excel. We pull a lot of data from the system and create various reports (for both our team's use as well as for leadership) that require some basic knowledge of excel to complete.

Background in Accounts Payable and/or Accounting is also helpful to understand the role.
