This opportunity is for the summer of 2023 (early June to mid-August); however, this program welcomes new intern classes every spring, summer, and fall.

In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership, enterprise sales representatives, and others to expand new and existing business relationships. A key focus of the program is to develop sales-motivated talent through real-world experiences, training, mentorship, and challenging projects essential to our business. Program Overview:

  • Duration: June 5th, 2023 - August 11th, 2023
  • Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota (in-person)
  • Role: Market Development Intern
  • Hours: Full-time (approximately 35-40 hours per week)
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30 with lunch break included
  • $16/hour
    Your Responsibilities:
    • Partner with Market Development Associates (MDAs) on prospecting activities such as data analysis, industry trends research, finding the right contacts using sales tools, and other activities critical to a successful sales cycle
    • Participate in valuable personal and professional development experiences
    • Run and measure experiments to discover effective ways to acquire new customers
    • Leverage research to prepare recommendations on a complex business opportunity or problem and present to senior leaders
    • Utilize various social channels to increase Taylor's brand awareness in the marketplaceMust Haves:
      • An interest in pursuing a full-time career in sales
      • Rising junior or rising senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better as a full-time student actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field
      • Proactive, conscientious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
      • Excellent time-management skills
      • Self-starter who can think creatively, run with new ideas, and meet/exceed standard expectations of the role
