position is for a Learning Development Specialist. -The role is
focused on assessing training needs, tracking training delivery and
completion, assessing training success against goals, and working
with third party vendors to deliver training. -The individual hired
will also be responsible for creating product training templates
and working with product managers to schedule and deliver training
to various growth teams. -You'll enjoy the flexibility to
telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some
tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs by engaging with appropriate
stakeholders and SMEs -
- Determine project goals/milestones based on identified business
needs/timelines, and obtain appropriate approvals -
- Measure and Evaluate Training Effectiveness. -Prepare
documentation to show successes and areas for improvement
- Define learning objectives for product training and design
applicable training to meet those objectives
- Work collaboratively with product managers and SMEs to deploy
product training in alignment with business needs and learning
objectives
- Work with technology team to identify appropriate tracking tool
(LMS) for trainings needed, deployed, and completed
- Partner with third party vendors to deploy trainings in
alignment with training needs identified by market and roleYou'll

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of training delivery experience
- 3+ years -of instructional design experience
- 3+ years of training assessment experience -
- Demonstrated experience designing for professional sales
audiences, including the ability to understand the sales role and
design practical learning solutions
- Demonstrated expertise developing live virtual and classroom
learning, audio, video, and eLearning
- Exceptional visual design and layout skills
- Advanced MS office skills -
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this

range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary
range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
