We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaner-Waste Control-2nd Shift. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 430pm-3am with overtime on Fridays. Starting Pay is 18.00, plus a $.50 per hour for Shift Differential. Currently have a $1000.00 sign on bonus which we pay out $250.00 at 30 days, $250.00 at 60 days, and $500.00 at 120 days. Sween is an Equal Opportunity Employer --- Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability SUMMARY: Keep all the garbage emptied through out the RTE facility and squeegee up wet/ moist areas from the Temp Room, Receiving area through to the Prep Room, RTE, Pack Off, Freezer and Bread areas. Waste Control: RTE Empty Production garbage cans into dumpster. Check the line's light indicator (near the reject puller position on the line) to determine when to empty the film canisters. Greengood, Yellowcaution, needs attention soon, Redtrouble, needs attention immediately Remove any excessively dirty garbage cans. Remove full dumpsters to designated area each period (meat and cheese receiving area) Make sure door to production is closed Empty the inedible tubs under all lines into dumpsters Dry up any wet area and scrape and dispose of any debris on RTE floor during break times.(used correct color code tools ---white---) Assure exit doors and walkways are not blocked by any dumpsters. At the end of your shift, ensure all lines are cleaned of debris and ready for the next shift. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to communicate in English Food related experience preferred All hires will need to successfully pass a drug screen and background check PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to bend, twist, turn, pull Must be able to work in 32-45 degree conditions Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
