Primary Responsibilities:
Provides delivery process management support to program leadership in support of the execution of the Veterans Administration contract
Independently manages assigned deliverables and maintains deliverables status tracking system, including future deliverables planning and performance results
Leads and coordinates the management of contract deliverables and active management of performance standards/KPIs to ensure overall contract compliance. Mitigate risks and addresses program/project obstacles as needed and help draft deliverable content
Works closely with the director of deliverables to improve deliverables process, documentation, and best practices.
Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of deliverables data repository - storage of program deliverables, and related communication documentation are accurately tracked
Communicates regularly with program and client team ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements
Prepares reports, presentations, verbal/written correspondences, communications, procedures and other required documentation

Required Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in business analysis and/or gathering business requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to understand complex business processes that cross many functional operational units
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Visio) and reporting tools (Tableau)
Experience working on government contracts or with the government

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $25.63 to $45.72. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.27 to $50.29.
