C.H. Robinson is looking for a Senior Engineering Product
Manager to drive the vision and strategy for our new client
application experience for Navisphere - our proprietary global
transportation management system (TMS) that supports 10,000 daily
active users worldwide.
You will join a new team tasked with an ambitious goal to
transform our on-premises thick client into a modern web client
hosted in Azure. This web client will include a new application
shell, navigation, in-line help, and a user feedback mechanism and
require the assembly of an extensible client framework other teams
will use to scale customer capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Product
Management with both front end and back end technologies, a passion
for human-centered design, the ability to wear many hats and juggle
many tasks at once, loves solving hard problems, and can manage
stakeholders up and down the organization.
Our main priority continues to be the health and safety of our
employees. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this position will be
remote untilfurther notice. Long-term, this position will ideally
be located in Eden Prairie, MN, but we will consider remote for the
- Work closely with our User Experience, Engineering, and
Architecture teams to develop the product strategy and own the
roadmap for our new Navisphere client application.
- Partner with User Experience to gather and synthesize internal
and external user insights to define requirements and
recommendations for user-centric, extensible, and accessible
- Lead with a customer first mentality to ensure a successful
execution and rollout of the new application.
- Proactively drive the quality of services and propose
innovative solutions to advance business and technology strategy
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or
minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school
- Minimum 8 years of combined technical product management and
- Minimum 4 years of experience delivering projects using agile
and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

- Experience bringing new products and services to a global

- Executive level written and verbal communication skills with
the ability to assess audiences and adjust content, style and
approach to meet their needs
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and
evaluate new ideas and opportunities with stakeholders, driving to
consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business
