It is important to have a history of building strong business relationships regardless of location and leveraging those relationships to earn business.Prospect for new business consistently and love the thrill of the hunt. You can leverage a CRM and other best practice selling tools while following a proven sales process that supports closes.Come with a toolset of methods and techniques for networking, social selling, pipeline development and new account growth, to deliver on activity and revenue goals.Understand you are a key player on a team; and you know how to work with a talented operations group who will deliver the solutions you have sold. You are open to new ideas that will make you more successful, and willing to accept the resources available to you from the team.You want to work in an environment where results are rewarded and supported, and for a company that you will NOT outgrow.ResponsibilitiesPossess a passion for finding and selling to new customers to exceed sales goalsComfortable with a high level of sales activity, working with direct opportunities and channel partners to generating interest, qualify prospects and close salesProspect for potential customers using various outbound, direct methods such as calling, face to face & online meetings, and indirect methods such as networking and use of social mediaProfessionally and efficiently handle all sales administrative needs: draft and deliver proposals, update CRM vigorously, process orders and contracts, provide all data reporting input as requiredWork with staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirementsWork with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns, develop and improve sales toolsFor certain prospects, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureRequirementsProven technology sales experience. Knowledge and experience of data center, blockchain ecosystem and high-performance computing environments is a big plusTrack record of acquiring new clients in a burgeoning market spaceExcellence at researching, networking and gaining access to the right companies and decision makersAs the current health crisis winds down, this position will evolve to a role requiring occasional travel to our hosting sites, prospect locations, and tradeshows
