Paul is looking for a Forklift Operator – 1st Shift Are you a

balance What are the hours and pay? 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday,
4:00 AM–2:30 PM Mandatory overtime on Fridays (8-hour shift when
required) Pay: $22.39 per hour What is the job? Operate a forklift
to move parts and materials throughout the foundry Dump chip
dumpsters and move fixtures as needed Keep fixture storage areas
clean and organized Band pallets and transport finished products to
the shipping area Perform general labor duties including parts
washing, deburring, spot facing, and light janitorial work Support
production of quality parts used in mining, marine, HVAC, and oil &
gas industries Follow work instructions with strong attention to
detail Maintain a strong record of safety, quality, and
dependability Work as a team player while also being able to work
independently What do you bring to the job? Forklift experience
preferred but not required Willingness to learn and take on
multiple tasks Strong work ethic and reliability Commitment to
safety and quality Ability to perform physical labor in a
