At Koozie Group, a pioneer in promotional products with a rich legacy from BIC Graphic, we are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team. This role is critical in driving our mission to deliver high-quality, customizable products like koozies, pens, and tote bags, enhancing brand recognition for our clients worldwide. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly and meet production targets. Enforce safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe workplace at all times. Train new employees on production procedures and standards. Monitor production to resolve issues swiftly and escalate persistent or significant issues to higher management. Implement cost-saving strategies and techniques without compromising quality. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and motivate a team Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production management software Experience in budgeting and cost management Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is advantageous
