Job Description:
Join Clean Harbors, a North American leader in delivering vital
environmental, energy, and industrial services. As a CDL B Sales
and Service Driver, you will be pivotal in handling and
transporting hazardous materials while promoting our health,
safety, and environmental services directly to our customers. This
position not only requires driving proficiency but also outstanding
customer interaction skills to expand our reach and impact in
environmental safety and compliance. Safely operate Class B trucks
according to company regulations and regional laws. Transport
hazardous waste from client sites to designated Clean Harbors
facilities. Provide onsite services that include the packaging of
wastes, labeling of containers, and documentation for safe and
compliant transport. Perform daily inspections of vehicle and
equipment to maintain operational safety. Develop and maintain
strong customer relationships to support sales initiatives. Prepare
and provide accurate documentation and reports on all trips and
services rendered. Participate in training and safety meetings to
ensure operations are compliant with all regulations. Respond to
emergency spill situations or unplanned customer needs. Proficient
in operating Class B CDL vehicles. Knowledge of DOT regulations and
safety standards for transporting hazardous materials. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer
relations. Ability to manage and complete logs and paperwork
accurately and timely. Capable of performing physical tasks such as
lifting and moving heavy materials. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial
Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. DOT
physical and regular safety training certifications as
required.
