Growing together. -Reporting to the Optum Chief Digital Product Officer, the SVP, Web and App Experiences is responsible for -overseeing the digital experience strategy for Optum's comprehensive set of consumer-facing, public portals, mobile and web properties. They will lead digital product management, content, SEO, experience strategy and interface with Optum business, marketing, technology and digital product partners, to deliver an aligned and seamless consumer digital ecosystem. -Primary Responsibilities: -

• Develop the Optum dotcom and app digital -strategy together with the respective business, marketing and technology leaders and the joint venture, with input from the Experience, Design, Data & Analytics and Consumer Research teams to drive a consumer-first public digital agenda
• Adhere to design and technical standards and ensure all existing and future public facing properties are developed and maintained using these standards
• Ensure the digital strategy amplifies the effectiveness of the systems and brand, and ensure a seamless consumer experience
• Ensure that products deliver the best possible experience to the user in ways that are both remarkable and engaging
• Build a cohesive, collaborative team with a unified mission, standard methodology, and high standards for world-class digital program management
• Manage capital budget and product backlogs for the product teams supporting the public facing assets
• Lead a team of product managers, business analysts and project managers to ensure flawless execution and delivery
