Oracle Agile PLM application is core for HID to manage all its
product life cycle and is part of the global enterprise
applications suite. HID is a mature user of the Oracle Agile
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application using PLM for Item
master management, contract manufacturing integration, change
orders and global documentation repository. The HID IT team
partners with the HID change management team on daily operations,
enhancements and major projects for our PLM application. The
successful Oracle Agile PLM Analyst Developer will be part of the
HID IT team and responsible for analyzing, designing, developing
and maintaining our PLM platform. The Oracle Agile PLM Analyst
Developer will keep abreast of merging trends and functionality
that supports the business to adopt change at pace.
As ourOracle Agile PLM Analyst Developer, you'll support HID's
successby:
Providing support for system issues to determine whether the issue
is with people, process, or technology.
Engaging with Product Data Governance and Data Quality
processes
Providing support to end users by able to triage reported business
problems and coordinate with IT teams
Explaining technical issues and IT solution strategies to
stakeholders and other shared technical teams
Performing business process modelling, user experience modeling and
basic technical architecture diagramming
Exercising independent judgment and discretion in solving business
problems
Interfacing on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business
users, super users, and IT team members to support business
operations and follow change management
Following up with Oracle on Support requests, bugs, Patches through
closure
Developing test plans to assure that developed solution satisfies
client requirements including but not limited to developing test
scripts, setting up test data, and assisting with activities
relating to unit testing, performance, integration, data
conversion, cut-over testing, documentation, and training
HID has adopted the SAFe methodology for project deliverables.
Actively participate in quarterly IT PI (Program Increment)
planning
What we will love about your background:
5 -7 years of experience in Oracle AgilePLM 9x solution
specifically in Product Collaboration (PC) and Product Portfolio
Management (PPM)
Design and configuration knowledge of item masters within Oracle
Inventory, Oracle PIM, and Oracle Bill of Materials (BOM)
modules
Solid Knowledge of AgilePLM configuration, Criteria, Roles, User
Groups, Privileges and Administration.
Deep understanding of Customization (AgilePLM SDK, PX development,
Web Services, ACS, ACP, Events).
Strong Knowledge in Java/Groovy Scripting.
Very strong in Java to create custom solutions.
Understanding of AgilePLM integration with OracleEBS or other
downstream systems.
Working exposure to modules such as Oracle Product Hub (PDH) /
Product Information Manager (PIM) in Oracle EBS 12.2.X or
higher
Ability to work with minimum supervision in a multi-cultural and
multi-geographical environment.
Understanding of MDM data governance policies and processes, data
sources, be-spoke systems, data security, user responsibilities,
approval groups and roles
Experience with performing detailed system analysis in partnership
with technical team using the provided business requirements
YourExperienceand Education include:
BS in Information Systems, CS or related field plus a minimum 5-7
years' working experience with Oracle AgilePLM required
PMP/PMI/CSM (scrum master) certification will be a plus with
exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) methodology
