If you have repair knowledge or have been a roofer and want to expand your skill sets, we are looking for you to come on board!Role and ResponsibilitiesDaily Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Roofing repair- cedar, asphalt, tile, slate, metal, etc.Siding repair- vinyl, LP, Hardy, etc.Gutter repairLeak investigation and repairOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education Requirements1+ years' experience in constructionStrong technical understanding of home buildingAttention to detail; organizational skills; time management skills requiredGood communication and customer service skillsMust work well both independently and as a teamSelf-starter with proven ability to exceed goalsWillingness to learn additional skills requiredNot afraid of heights, willing to climb ladders 30+ feetAdditional NotesMust have a good driving record and pass a background checkBenefits:Starting pay is commensurate with candidate's experience and qualifications.Excellent company offered benefits package to include PTO, Health, Dental, Disability & Life insurance, Vision, 401(k) with company match and other.
