to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance
of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will
cover all primary development activity across all technology
functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our
applications, products and services and to understand customer
needs and to develop product roadmaps.These roles include, but are
not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing,
debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation,
research and development, maintenance, new development, operations

Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive

challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed design documents related to application
development on our hybrid infrastructure, using Azure Cloud
services and on premise PEGA backend, for both design review and
implementation teams
- Consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) and prepare detailed
technical design document from which programs will be written
- Lead and guide developers of our PAS application, helping our
developers remove any roadblocks to implementation
- Create and manage code repositories used in automation of our
CI/CD pipeline
- Ability to build applications in the cloud to support and train
our development teams
- Perform Coding as per the technical design document
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
- Adhere to all quality requirements supporting our push to build
and automate complete regression test suite.

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with React, NextJS, Splunk, and SpringBoot
microservice architecture
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) software
(PEGA or equivalent workflow engine)
- Experience building applications in cloud environments. Azure
Cloud is preferred
- Additional experience with modernized technologies or
healthcare specifications is a benefit (i.e., AI/ML, HL7)
- Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical
system specifications meet the business requirementsPreferred

Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to
$146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
