• Third Level Support for Windows Hello for Business (WhfB) Registration and issues
  
• As part of the Next Generation Mulitfactor Project, support is needed for all employees using a personal computer running Windows 10 that will be migrating off using a smart card for authentication.
  
• For this migration, this person will be a member of a team providing support to users as they register an instance of WHfB on a machine and for issues after..
  
  
  Ideal Background:

  • A Help Desk like background with a strong technical focus.
    
    
    Experience:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Windows Hello for Business experience of 2-3 years
      
      
      Top Requirements:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Ability to work with users on issues with Microsoft Windows Hello for Business registration.
        
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Hello for Business and Microsoft Authenticator
        
      • Experience with smart phones and adding applications for IOS and Android versions.
        
        
        Daily Responsibilities include:
        
        
        • 
          
        • Answering phones from users experiencing issues with WHfB registrations
          
        • Contacting users via Microsoft Teams
          
        • Responding to incident tickets left by users in ServiceNow application
          
        • Assisting users with installing Microsoft Authenticator on a smart phone, IOS or Android
          
        • Participating in Daily Offices Hours for WHfB and team meetings
          
        • Answering questions on the use of WHfB
          
          
          Needed to perform daily responsibilities:
          
          
          • 
            
          • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
            
          • Knowledge of Microsoft Authenticator
            
          • Knowledge of WHfB registration and daily use
            
          • Understanding of hardware used for WHfB: camera and fingerprint scanner
            
          • Smart phone application installation knowledge
            
          • Ability to work on a technology team
            
          • Knowledge of incident tracking software, ServiceNow
            
          • Working with Microsoft teams for chatting, meeting creation and attendance
