HR-Talent Acquisition Coordinator Summary: A CRG client in Minnesota is searching for an HR-Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team! The HR-Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in recruitment and onboarding while providing support and coordination for staffing functions. This role plays an integral part in supporting the HR team while providing exciting opportunities for growth and development into an HR Generalist.   • Direct Hire
  • $65,000-72,000 (based on experience) Schedule:
    • M-F 8:00-5:00pm
    • On-site with flexibility Glance at Benefits: Full time employees working at least 30 hours a week are eligible for benefits after 30 days of service

      • Competitive PTO HR-Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:
        • Provide coordination and support for all recruiting and onboarding activities; maintain and update requisitions with accuracy, manage candidate coordination through ATS, while ensuring new hires are successfully logged into HRIS systems.
        • Manage and lead pre-boarding activities regarding pre-employment checks and new hire paperwork -(I-9, W-2, Direct Deposit, etc..)
        • Manage job requisitions; responsible for ensuring correct documentation while maintaining electronic library
        • Provide payroll while ensuring new employee records are accurate and complete
        • Responsible for providing updates and communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts
        • Review and approve employee record updates within HRIS systems
        • Support HR team regarding requests for reporting, reviews, and documentation
        • All other duties as assigned HR-Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications:
          • High School Diploma or GED
          • 3-5 years of experience in talent coordination with a strong knowledge of HR functions
          • Proficiency in ADP, PeopleCentral, and iCims
