Assisting in training new associates to help them integrate

effectively. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve
processes and enhance the guest experience. Qualifications:
Previous experience at Valleyfair in 202 5 or 202 4 ? Strong
communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team
members ? Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety
guidelines and protocols Tea m-oriented mindset with the ability to
work collaboratively with others F lexibilit y and adaptability to
handle various tasks and changing situations Po sitiv e attitude
and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences for guests ?
Reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent performance and
attendance
