• Responsible for collecting used kitchenware from the dining and kitchen areas
• Responsible for loading and unloading the dishwashing machine in a timely manner as well as handwashing when appropriate
• Responsible for stocking and restocking the clean kitchenware
• Must maintain the cleaning supply stock, transfer cleaning supplies between storage and the main work area
• Must keep and clean and orderly work station
• Responsible for complying with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
